Sihat Sebelum Sakit???

Alamak...apa yang sihat sebelum sakit tu?Nampaknya macam nak kena jaga kesihatan sebelum sakit tu datang.Tapi kalu dah sakit tu jumpa doktor je la.Dapat MC pulak tu...bole rehat puas-puasan dirumah.Tapi takkan nak sakit je...penat nak menelan ubat.Kata lain kenala jaga kesihatan melalui pemakanan dan senaman(standard advice).

Kali ni nak share tip-tip atau petua-petua dan pemuda-pemuda bagi mengurus kesihatan kita melalui sedikit tindakan dapat membantu memelihara kesihatan fizikal dan mental.Tip-tip ni diambil dari laman web mengenai kesihatan dan gaya hidup sihat.

Rumusanya,tak susah kalu nak sihat hanya amalkan petua-petua yang kadang-kadang dah biasa kita lakukan.Cuma kena sentiasa maintain.Yang best kahwin pun dapat kurangkan risiko dapat penyakit.Apa pun banyak lagi petua-petua yang boleh membantu kita mengubah kesihatan dan gaya hidup kita supaya usia tua takla asyik keluar masuk hospital je.
